Two long verandas span the entire width of the house, making this view available from nearly every room. Built in an upscale residential neighborhood in this charming suburb, this is our largest house with three full floors and around 3500 square feet. You enter the top floor through a small enclosed garden. This floor has a large living room and TV area and a huge dining room that can seat at 12 people at our custom made solid granite dining room table. We have placed the business center on this floor as well, allowing you to stay in touch with work or family around the world.

Surrounding Description

This area is known for its very active surfing beach, which even hosts an international surfing competition. This area is more appealing to nature lovers. This beautiful beach is only short walk from the houses and can be seen from the properties. There is also a small cove that is popular with bathers where the granite forms a natural pool. There are lifeguards on duty, and the water and the beach are very clean. Itacoatiara is generally safe, although you should use normal beach precautions. At times during the weekday mornings, depending on the weather and the season, the beach can be virtually deserted - like having your own private island! On the weekends, it is generally very active, as well as any day when the weather is nice. Rio has literally dozens of beaches. In the Oceanic Region, where Itacoatiara is located, you will find the cleanest and least commercialized beaches with some of the best sand and surf.

This area offers a variety of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs that spill out onto the street when the weather is nice.  There are pubs, bars, discos, ice cream shops, and even a McDonald's. You can walk to this area from the house since it is all downhill.
