Aquamarine is an older, comfortable beach house situated on Mullins Bay. The interiors feature a combination of rattan and bamboo furnishings as well as a spacious sitting and dining room.

The villa has three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a large dressing room with bathroom en-suite. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom that is located between them. A large covered verandah overlooks the beach and sea and there is a sun deck with easy chairs that leads down to a private staircase to the beach.
