Villas on the Beach 205 is a two bedroom apartment located on a beautiful West Coast beach in the heart of Holetown, St. James and was designed by well known architect, Ian Morrison. The superb location in Holetown means that basically everything you may need for an excellent holiday is within a short stroll - fine dining restaurants, excellent duty free shopping, exciting nightlife, a grocery store, banks, a medical centre and much more!

Guests will have access to the all facilities available at Villas on the Beach.

In addition, for the golfer at heart, we are located just a short drive away from three world renowned golf courses - Apes Hill Club, Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland.

Villas on the Beach 205 is a first floor apartment and is unique as it offers a lovely private patio that is perfect for outdoor dining or just relaxing! Just a few steps and you are on the pool deck surrounded by lush, tropical gardens and have access to the community pools. And of course, the white sandy beach and sparkling Caribbean Sea that is just outside of the beach gate!

This apartment has been decorated to high standards and the generous living areas and bedrooms with en suite bathrooms all make for the perfect holiday. There is a full kitchen and the entire apartment is air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout.

Guests of 205 also benefit from the use of the members' on-site gym which is located in the basement of the building.

To top it all off, the excellent staff member will take care of the cooking and cleaning and help out with the laundry, all in an effort to make your stay the best that it can be!

Notes

The rental rate is inclusive of the staff?s wages although tipping is at your discretion.
Merel is your Cook/Housekeeper. She is available to prepare up to 3 meals per day.
She works 8 hours a day (8:30 am to 1:30 pm and 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm), 6 days a week.
NB. Should you require her to work more than 8 hours a day or 6 days a week, this is charged at time and a half to your incidental account. Please note that each staff member has one day off a week.

The staff's services are provided for the use of the villa you are staying in only. They are therefore not responsible for any cooking or laundry for members of your party staying elsewhere. Should you have friends staying in other villas and wish to entertain small groups or dine together, please discuss it with your respective staff members. As these are private residences, larger groups of ten or more persons will require the owners permission ahead of time. Additional charges may apply.

We ask that any visitors coming on to the property at Villas on the Beach register at the front desk.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require 60 days notice in writing prior to arrival for us to refund deposit(s) paid.
If we receive notice in writing less than 60 days prior to arrival the entire rental is forfeited.
Should a booking, made less than 45 days prior to arrival, be cancelled, the entire amount paid is forfeited.

In the event that the specific villa confirmed by management company is unavailable, we will endeavor to offer you the same or better alternative of equal or higher standard. Should we be unable to find a property that meets your requirements you will then be entitled to a full refund.

If after payment has been received you are unable to fulfill the terms and conditions of this Agreement the full rental fee will be retained by management company on behalf of the owner. However, should the villa be re-let for the same or longer dates we will petition the owner on your behalf.

Refunds
In the case of refunds due to booking cancellation the cost of the bank charges and currency exchange fluctuations will be absorbed by the client.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend that you and all members of your party have adequate travel insurance in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
