Acer is a bright and spacious two-storey gite, within the estates converted barn. The beautifully high vaulted ceiling gives the residence an elegant feel. Upstairs is the master bedroom and ensuite bath with shower. The shuttered window offers stunning views of the meadows. The second twin bedroom and shower room is downstairs and has its own private terrace overlooking back garden.

The large, open plan kitchen allows for flexibility at meal times. There is a breakfast bar for a quick bite to eat but if you prefer a more formal sit-down setting you can use the separate dining area.

The Acer gite living space is furnished with an opulent sofa and love seat, making those romantic evenings in front of the cosy log burning fire memorable. Just outside the main living area is a lush front garden with table and BBQ area. (Acer can sleep four adults and is equipped with a cot).

La Palanque is a mini-complex of 5 independent fully furnished and equipped, high end, newly built gites. Each gite has its own private space and gas BBQ as well as access to the 25-acre site, which features, a stunning 25m heated pool with sun loungers, slides and a separate toddler pool, two children play areas with swings and slides and climbing frames, trampoline, a cricket practise area beside main house, a small football pitch, several bikes for family trips, the wood has a play area and lower field offers access to riverside walks and fishing. The upper lawn has a large communal terrace with tables and chairs for guests to enjoy a BBQ or complimentary pizza from the wood fired pizza oven. La Palanque is ideal place for children of all ages. There is also a function room that may also be used for a bit of yoga and meditation.

The onsite team are happy to make restaurant reservations as well arrange on-site catering, or perhaps organize a day out at one of the many vineyards and local attractions. With our flexible arrival dates and a minimum stay of just 3 nights, even in the peak season, La Palanque is perfect for weekend or midweek breaks, get-togethers with friends and family, celebrations, weddings, corporate team days, tours to Eymet cc, or more traditional family holidays.
