The farmhouse is placed on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo; Excellent location since is central and close to all the major art cities of Tuscany and Umbria.
The house has recently acquired the status of historical farm, since is one of the oldest and best preserved in the area, and it still maintains the magic atmosphere of an old Tuscan farmhouse with cotto floors, and oak beams ceilings.

Here you will feel the true old Tuscan atmosphere and will live surrounded by the landscapes that Leonardo da Vinci made immortal in his paintings.

The compound ,after the last restoration in 2001, had been divided into one cottage(4+2) and three large apartments :Fontanina(2+3),Carpano(3+2),Soppalco(7+2), is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river.
The buildings are surrounded by a large fenced garden equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 7 x 12 meters swimming pool.
The apartments have been tastefully finished , and fully furnished and are all provided with TV sat, and their own heating system. INTERNET ACCESS. Laundry room with washing machine and iron (+ironing board) vacuum cleaner available for common use. Barbecue (three stone BBQ).
All units have their own reserved place in the garden and by the swimming pool.


The cottage
Luminous stone cottage on two floors with its own private outdoor area for eating in the open.
GROUND FLOOR: sitting room with double sofa bed, a normal two places sofa,reading lamp, armchairs, coffee table, writing table , large French windows that open onto the garden, spacious kitchen/dining room with fitted kitchen ,table and chairs. Bathroom with shower. First Floor: access from wooden staircase, double bedroom, twin bedroom. EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, mini food processor. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will really feel at home. Candle holders. Hair dryer. Reserved garden.
The quiet hilly panoramic area is only 2.5 kilometres from the beautiful medieval Village of Laterina, the lodging enjoys countryside privacy,close proximity to the attractions and amenities of the cities, and it is the ideal base for many excursion in all Central Italy. Being in the centre of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily, Siena, Cortona,Lake Trasimeno, Perugia...and the shopping lover will find nearby many outlets of the most important Made in Italy fashion brands such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi D&G and many others.
The area is full of nice restaurants, where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine.
Supermarket, bank, pharmacy ,food stores, grocery, and a nice restaurant are in Laterina only 2.5 km from the house. More stores and a supermarket are in Levane, Ipermarkets and every kind of stores are in Montevarchi and Arezzo.
The train station to go to Florence is 7 km from the house with free parking , all our guests have appreciated very much this facility, since it allows to visit Florence- even every day-and come back in the evening and relax in the quiet surrounding of our house.
