Stay at our new beach front all-season cottage which is located in the heart of beautiful historic Huronia and has all the amenities of a city house. It’s a nice and private location, with an ocean-like setting, right on the beach which is the longest fresh-water beach in the world. There are no other rental properties nearby. Summer past time activities include swimming, sailing, walking on the beach etc. We’re open in all seasons. Weekend rentals are available in fall, winter and spring for those who want to escape the big cities in search of tranquility. There’s plenty of skiing facilities (both downhill and cross-country), lots of hiking trails, sightseeing and dining in Huronia.
Construction of the cottage was completed in the late 2006. Its living area is around 1,200 square feet. The entrance is from the flagstone patio that overlooks the Georgian Bay. There are several Muskoka chairs to watch sunsets as well as a set of patio furniture and a BBQ to enjoy your meals outside.
Between the patio and the water edge lies the 60' of sandy beach which is at the complete disposal of the guests. The water is shallow near the shore and it's perfect for kids to play in.
The open-concept living room/dining room and eat-in kitchen have a view of the bay. There’s a wood burning fireplace in the living room. The master bedroom has a double bed while two other spacious bedrooms have two single beds in each. Then there's a four piece bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom with a separate entrance from the hall.
