The best feature of our home is the spectacular view of the Bridger Mountains from nearly every room. Best of all is the great room with a 22 foot vaulted ceiling, a massive Montana moss rock fireplace, rustic maple floors, an extra large leather sofa, native elk horn chandelier and an inspirational view of the ski area framed in a wall of windows with hand-hewn logs. The second story living area and master suite is also built to accommodate active wheelchair handicapped guests.The fully stocked kitchen features hickory cabinets, state of the art stainless steel appliances and exotic granite countertops including a cooktop granite island that seats five. The dining area includes an eight-foot custom-made log table with leather cushion chairs under an antler chandelier made by a local artist. Next to the kitchen are French doors that open onto a covered log deck with a gourmet gas grill overlooking a small stream and alpine grove perfect for picnics and children to explore. Located just one mile from Bridger Bowl Ski Area and 40 minutes from the airport with easy access off highway 86, this recreational retreat is perfect for families, wedding guests, skiers, small stream fishermen, mountain adventurers and even handicap visitors. Not only is down hill skiing only minutes away, but you can cross country ski in and out of our home to BoHart Nordic Ski Center just across the road.
