This is a very large cabin on the San Juan River. It is located seven miles east of Pagosa Springs in the San Juan River Village.

The living area has a huge stone fireplace. It is furnished with bamboo and cushion furniture. There is a 19" TV with satellite dish reception and a VCR. There is a patio door from the living area out to the great balcony over looking the river. There is a charcoal grill and picnic table out here for wonderful summer cooking and relaxing. The view is great any time of year.
