In winter Sunrise Ski area is nearby for snowboarding, downhill and cross-country skiing; numerous snowmobiling trails. Ice fishing at many lakes. The cabin is located on 40 acres of private property with easy access off Highway 180 just 2.5 miles south of Alpine, Arizona and 4 miles to the New Mexico border.
