The second floor features include, ocean views from several rooms, high ceilings, hearts of pine flooring, two decks(front with ocean view, back overlooking the pool ) and a half bath. There is an oversized kitchen with granite countertops, TV and a table that seats eight. The dining room has a round table that sits ten comfortably. There is a large family room with two large sofas, decorative fireplace,TV, VCR and DVD. The two master bedrooms, each with TV, VCR, have access to the back deck. The oversized bathrooms include separate showers and whirlpool tubs. The large pool area features a table with umbrella and chairs and seven lounge chairs. The deck off the kitchen includes table and chairs and a propane gas grill. All the porches have rocking chairs and fans.
