Es Moli de son Maiol is a restored farmhouse located in Santa Maria; it is surrounded by a family owned winery, acres of pine, almond, olive trees and a large swimming pool.

This delightful restored farmhouse, once the home of the miller, is situated in one of the unspoilt rural regions of the island of Mallorca.

The house has been cleverly designed to make the maximum use of huge glass picture windows to ensure plenty of light. The light floods into the very large and spacious living/dining room and gives the feeling of there being no divide between inside and outside living. In this charmingly furnished living room, there is an open fire-place for chillier evenings.

The decor and design of this property has been done by us and we think it creates a charming and extremely pleasing ambience, whilst providing everything one could need for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Outside there is a large 5m x 10m swimming pool set in a stone terrace and surrounded by a mature walled garden with lawns and areas shaded by trees.

Just above the pool is a covered terrace with large table and seating for al-fresco dining, and around the pool itself, plenty of pool furniture.

There is also a full size tennis court available for guest's use.

The house sleeps up to 8 people in 1 double and 3 twin bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own terrace and wonderful views.

Up to 3 extra beds are possible for children - one in each of the three twin bedrooms, available at an additional charge. In each of the bedrooms, there is also individual satellite TV and a safe.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all conveniences and a laundry room with washing machine at the side of the house. All rooms in the house have air-conditioning and central heating for winter months.
