The home sleeps 16 and the living area holds that many or more with ease. The incredible kitchen/dining/living area is huge, bright and the centerpiece of the home. There are ten foot high ceilings, tile floors, lots of windows and easy access to the private, heated pool. The kitchen, which is also part of this area is huge and well equipped. There's plenty of room for big family meals or to grab a quick snack on the way to the beach. When you are ready to swim, just walk out the back door into the fenced in back yard. There you will find a large Lanai style porch and our heated pool. It doesn't get much better than that. Included in home is a reading library, video library, and board games, TVs, VCRs and a DVD.
