The bedrooms have carpet and the bathrooms have ceramic tile. Some other features this home offers for your convenience are ceiling fans in every room, cable, high speed internet, television, DVD players, telephone, an outdoor shower, and a large front porch with seating areas and tables, and balconies off the second and third floors. The first floor features a large living room/dining room/kitchen area. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortable chairs, a TV, DVD player, dining table with six chairs and a large island in the kitchen with bar stools. There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen such as the refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The third floor tower room contains a wet bar with a sink and mini refrigerator, a day bed, chairs, TV, half bathroom and a door that leads out onto the balcony.
