Our villa is situated in a residential area 25 minutes from Orlando airport and about 20 minutes from Disney World. Universal Studios and Sea World are about 20/30 minutes away. There is a large supermarket less than 5 minutes away. The villa itself sleeps up to eight with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and separate dining area. The pool is fully screened, solar heated and illuminated. There is a patio with furniture including sun loungers. There is no extra cost for the heating of the pool. There is a double garageThe fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, cooker, waste disposal unit and a breakfast area. The adjacent laundry area contains a large washing machine and a tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided.The family room has a queen size sofa bed and comfortable seating, with a large cable TV and DVD/Video player and a PS2 with a selection (Unfortunately due to the different formats in America only discs bought in America will work on the PS2) and a stereo system. There is a separate dining area.The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. The smaller TV is in the master bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms contain twin beds and there is plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. Bed linen, towels and a hair dryer are provided. The additional bathroom is next to the twin bedrooms and has a door leading onto the patio. A cot and a high chair are available at no extra cost.The villa is security alarmed and the management company are on call 24 hours a day seven days a week.
