Located upstairs 3 further bedrooms, bedroom 3 has a full bed, bedroom 4 has twin beds and bedroom 5 has bunk beds and is furnished with children in mind. There is a TV/VCR and a games console with a selection of games. The upstairs rooms are serviced by a further bathroom. Lounge area has two large sofas, cable TV/VCR.

Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, breakfast nook with seating for 4. The formal dining area has seating for 8.

The swimming pool/jacuzzi is reached via the lounge area.
