You may enjoy 1160 square feet under cool air conditioning, or head out onto the covered porch featuring your own private pool for a little time outside.You can expect a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and even an electric can opener. There is a washer, dryer, bath towels, bed linens, housekeeping small amenities, vacuum cleaner and a hair dryer. An alarm clock radio is provided, along with remote control cable TVs featuring free HBO, ESPN, and CNN. Cape Sable homes are nonsmoking, pet-free living areas for your vacation enjoyment. Additional Rental Information: The registration form and security deposit authority document require completion, signatures and return together with a photo ID of the card holder and a copy of the credit card being used before the reservation is fully confirmed. Any changes or cancellations must be in writing. There may be an extra charge for pool heating due at check in.
