Our beautiful new villa is upgraded and furnished to the highest standard, backing onto conservation land it offers a high degree of privacy. There is an extra-sized swimming pool (heating available) with heated, raised spa; child safety fence; extended deck; large extended covered area with garden furniture. There is a a games room (air-conditioned) with full size slate bed pool table & table soccer. Sleeping accommodations include 2 king sized, 2 queen and 2 twin bedrooms. There are TV's in all the bedrooms, large flat screen TV in family room with DVD player. Also enjoy the Xbox 360, games, internet access & telephone with free international calls. There is a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, towels & linen all supplied (+ hairdryers). This villa includes air conditioning throughout & ceiling fans. There are extra beds, baby equipment & cycles etc. available by arrangement. BBQ'S can be provided at an additional cost. Additional Rental Information: The registration form and security deposit authority document require completion, signatures and return together with a photo ID of the card holder and a copy of the credit card being used before the reservation is fully confirmed. Any changes or cancellations must be in writing. There may be an extra charge for pool heating due at check in.
