Our delightful villa has a large south facing pool deck - makes the most of all year sunshine - it overlooks woodland, and is very private. The pool is larger than average (30x15) and can be heated in the winter months. We have luxury pool deck furniture for those lazy days. The villa is only 5 minutes from the 192 resort area with its 24 hour Wal-Mart and lots of shops and restaurants catering for all tastes. Other entertainment, including Medieval Nights, crazy golf, air-boat rides, is just around the corner. We are 12-15 minutes from Disney World using quieter roads. Seaworld and International Drive are 15 minutes away and we are 10 minutes from Downtown Disney and Celebration. Universal Studios and Downtown Orlando are also a short drive from the villa. Cumbrian Lakes has several lakes, walks and a children's play area.  The Gulf Coast beaches of Clearwater and St.Petersburg are about 11/2 hours from the villa and the Atlantic Beaches of Cocoa Beach and Daytona are even closer. Try a gentle boat trip along St.John's River - see alligators and manatees in the wild. Even closer - the Air boat rides at Boggy Creek - only 10 mins from the villa.
