The villa boasts five bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, a downstairs family shower room and an upstairs family bathroom, a private pool and a spa, a games room and of course air conditioning throughout. The downstairs master en suite bedroom has a king sized bed, the second en-suite bedroom is upstairs and has a queen sized bed, the third double bedroom has a full sized bed and the fourth and fifth bedrooms has twin single beds. The master en-suite bathroom has a large bath and a separate shower. For your entertainment we have installed Cable TV throughout the house and each bedroom as well as the living room has a TV with either DVD or VCR capability. One of the twin bedrooms has a Playstation 2 games console. There is a fully fitted kitchen with full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice making fridge/freezer and many other appliances. The separate utility room has a washer and a dryer and is also home for the iron and ironing board.
