Our executive vacation home is situated on the prestigious Hampton Lakes estate in Davenport off Highway 27, within 15 minutes of Disney theme parks. It is set in a peaceful location on the edge of the estate where the pool is situated. It is ideally located for easy access to all of the attractions. The property, which is fully air-conditioned, is furnished to a high standard. It has 5 bedrooms (2 en-suite), private swimming pool and games room.

The spacious lounge area has a TV with upgraded cable package (live UK sport and news), DVD player, PS2 games consul and CD/radio player. There is also a sofa bed which sleeps 2 extra people. This leads into a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, full-sized oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a family dining area. The utility room includes a washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron.On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, cable TV and large walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a large corner bath, walk-in shower and toilet. The second downstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed, cable TV, computer table with free internet access point.Upstairs, there is a 2nd master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, queen-sized bed, fitted wardrobes and cable TV. There are 2 other bedrooms each with twin beds and a family bathroom. In total, the property has sleeping accommodation for 10 persons plus 2 on the sofa bed.
