This fantastic executive style home, suitable for 3 to 4 families sharing. Seven bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, two master bedrooms, showers, bath tub, walk in wardrobe, toilet, hairdryer. There are more double rooms with queen beds sharing a bathroom and three further twin bedrooms. All fantastically decorated all with cable TV. The four adult rooms all have LCD TV's. The home is fully air conditioned.

Living areas - There is a sitting area ( two sofa's) and formal dining area (seats 6), this is separated from the rest of the villa where the grown-ups can unwind after a hard day at the large private pool. There is a further eating area in the kitchen which will sit 4/6 people, next to this is another sitting area which leads out onto the pool. This area consists of 5 further seats, large TV, DVD, Playstation 2 and free national and international phone calls to tell your friends and families how wonderful it is!!! Pool area - pool and Spa, a table and chairs are provided. Some loungers are provided for the less energetic. Pool towels provided. Pool heating is optional. This is the largest deck and pool we were allowed to put in, it obviously also comes with a spa. A home of this standard you would simply expect that! It has a shaded area with fans in addition to large open area all with lake and woodland views. There is a child's safety fence and it is all fully screened. Fully equipped kitchen - with all modern amenities,(microwave, dishwasher, oven/hob, blender, coffee maker, toaster etc.) including a fridge with ice maker. Cutlery/glasses and crockery for up to 14 people. We also provide all towels and linens, iron/ironing board and hairdryers in master bedrooms. Bed sizes: 2 kings, 2 queens, 4 twins. Amenities: This villa has all the little extras you need to have a comfortable holiday, everything is included in the price (except pool heating). Extras like a cot, highchair, stroller, pool toys, games compendium in the garage which includes a full size pool table and air hockey. There is also a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer, iron and ironing board (No more dirty washing to take home!!). The villa also has a fire extinguisher and smoke alarms. This is non-smoking villa.  The villa is on Emerald Island which is luxurious resort which hosts all those little extras that most rentals homes do not have. Surrounding Description

The villa is located within 10-12 minutes drive from Disney, allowing you less driving time and more time at the parks! There are several large grocery stores, Wal-Mart, Target and Publix, drug stores and restaurants all located within a short drive of the homes.
