Villa Astoria was built on an oversized corner lot in the Southwest part of Cape Coral, the beautiful lagoon city, also sometimes known as the Venice of America. The city’s unique location near the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its upscale neighborhoods with a tropical paradise as backdrop make it a highly desirable destination. The trip from the private dock to the river on your rental boat only takes about 20 min, and you’re off to explore the local waterways.

The airy two-story home is situated on an expansive piece of property lined with palm trees. The spacious kitchen in light-colored wood is fully equipped and opens into the dining room and inviting living room with its crème leather sofas. A staircase extends from the living room to the second floor, where the views across the manicured landscaping and the canal are quite stunning.

Four individually decorated bedrooms include a master bedroom with King size bed. The other bedrooms offer a Queen size bed, two Twin beds and a daybed. Up to eight guests will find ample room in this beautiful home and their own personal wellness oasis in one of the 3.5 modern bathrooms, each with light-colored tiles.

One of the most attractive features of Villa Astoria is the paved patio area. Enclosed by a white pool cage, this sun-drenched part of the property offers a dining table and chairs, lounge chairs and a gas grill. Complete relaxation and a barbecue at night is just the thing here. The covered patio is accentuated by columns and offers pleasant shade. The pool features a solar heater while the spa can be electrically heated. Take a break from the daily grind and enjoy a Florida vacation like it was meant to be!
