Surrounded by tropical landscaping with several palm trees, Villa Donatella offers comfortable accommodations for the demanding vacationer. The spacious living room is furnished and decorated with an eye on contemporary modern style. It opens up to the kitchen with breakfast bar and the dining room with view of the pool and canal. The living room, too, allows beautiful views of the screened-in pool area. Three bedrooms, all with expensive hardwood floors, and three bathrooms make this home an ideal choice for up to six guests. A separate den, held entirely in elegant white, is also available.

The pool area features an inviting dining area and a BBQ grill, great for enjoying a delicious dinner while admiring the beautiful water views. An electric pool heater ensures that the pool can be used to relax and have fun throughout the year.

The trip by boat from the dock to the Caloosahatchee River takes about 35 minutes. Go ahead, rent a boat and spend a fantastic day on the beach or explore the remote bays along Sanibel, Captiva or Pine Island. If you prefer livelier surroundings, dive into the pulsating atmosphere of Fort Myers Beach with its trendy beach bars and restaurants.
