LOCATION
Just five minutes from the beautiful beach of Surin, the villa is located in a private estate on a hill top. It is in walking distance to the Laem Singh beach which is hidden in the tropical forest off the coastal road. Close to all the restaurants and clubs, the villa is fifteen minutes away from Phuket Fantasea theme park and Bangtao beach. There are about six golf courses with twenty mintues of the villa and within thirty minutes you are right in the centre of Phuket’s CBD.

VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has an en suite and a large double bed. The bedroom has its own private balcony which is shaded and has a table and chairs. The guest bedrooms are located on a different floor as to the master and are designed with different color schemes. Each room overlooks the pool and the waterfall. Two guest rooms have double bed and the third has a twin share. Each room has an ensuite.

Bathroom
The master bathroom has a sunken Jacuzzi, shower and a toilet. One of the guest bathrooms also has a bath and separate shower. Each bathroom is well designed to fit western requirements. Each bathroom has plenty of towels, cupboard space and a hairdryer.

Dining room
The dining area has a teak long dining table that fits in eight to ten guests comfortably. If you require there is a baby chair and additional six chairs in the balcony that can be used. There is a adjoining bathroom close to the dining for any guests.

Kitchen
This modern kitchen is fully functional for entertaining guest or cooking meals for the while family. The kitchen comes with several cookbooks, a bread maker, four-ring stove/oven/grill, microwave, 3 toasters, rice cooker, fridge-freezer, tea or coffee maker with starter supplies, sauces and herbs, a dishware and cutlery. The villa comes with basic laundry facilities which has a dryer and a washing machine.

Living rooms
The living room is ideal to relax and enjoy the surrounding atmosphere the region has to offer. This spacious room has sofas, reclining chairs, Thai triangular cushions, television, a DVD player, stereo system, a bar area with stools and chairs which can fit up to six guests. The bar area has its own fridge and top for serve drinks.
