LOCATION
Halfway down a peaceful lane to the beach (just 200 meters), this villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the seaside. Only residents of the grand villas in the lane can use this beach, which remains very quiet even in high season. If you prefer a busier beach then you can head off to Jomtien Beach with its myriad of water sports and tasteful entertainment just over 11 km away. Even closer are the delights of Ambassador City, which is a complete entertainment destination, or you may wish to head over to the many Pattaya attractions such as the Floating Market and the Fishing Village. These venues have moved away from the city and are within easy reach of your villa in a 10-minute drive.

VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION

Bedrooms
This luxurious villa has four large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a floor to ceiling glazed glass windows that lead in to a private balcony overlooking the garden and lush tropical forest. Another set of patio doors lead onto a second balcony overlooking the pool and Jacuzzi. There is ample space to store your luggage in the walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed and a sliding glazed door with views perfect of the surroundings. The third and forth bedrooms have great views and connecting showers.

Bathrooms
There are three bathrooms in this villa, two en-suite connected to the master and first guest bedroom and third bathroom connects the other two bedrooms. Each master bathroom has a shower, toilet and a bath. The bathroom which connects the third and fourth bedrooms is spacious and ideal for a family. There is an additional guest toilet adjacent to the pool and the cleaners room has a separate shower and toilet facility. The housekeeper Sorn, tends to everything daily for those on a weekly stay.

Dining Room
Next to the kitchen is the dining area which is spacious and can fit up to six guests comfortably for dinner. There are few other outdoor, more casual style areas for meals especially in the gardens and the sala.

Kitchen
The entrance to the kitchen is through the bar area and has European style fitting with three-burner gas hob, a microwave and an American style fridge with double doors. There is a Thai style kitchen with a wok-burner outside the main kitchen area as you enter the garden, which is ideal for the extra-spicy and aromatic cooking.

Living Rooms
With a spacious open plan design, this room is ideal for entertaining guests. The room offers modern television, a DVD player, stereo system, comfortable seating and the views of the garden and the patio. The unique feature of the room is that even though its large, it has a warm and intimate feel with the carefully picked artifacts and interiors.
