Samui is situated within a remote location away from trafficked roads, and within close proximity to the beach and a large grassy play area that makes it the ideal choice for a family with young children. The interior of the villa is cottage-like with attractive rustic wooden furniture and wooden pitched ceilings in the bedrooms. The villa opens up onto a large sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers, pool and outdoor dining area. Across the grassy play area you will find a small restaurant and bar where you can enjoy a cold drink or light meal, or, you can take advantage of the in-villa menu as well as self-catering in the well equipped kitchen area that lies just off the lounge/dining area. In-house massage is available as well as car hire. A trips and tours booking service and private speed boat charters to neighboring islands is also available.

LOCATION
The villa is located in the far south of Koh Samui, approximately 35 minutes from the airport and only 15 minutes away from the town of Lamai, which has a lovely beach, markets, shopping, bars, restaurants and nightlife. During the summer months, when the tide is low, the reef is dry for up to 100 meters making it a superb location for children to play, explore rock pools, collect shells and play beach games, such as volleyball and football. The surrounding lanes have plenty of local stores and Thai restaurants and are incredibly picturesque. The area is very quiet and ideal for rest and relaxation while still being in close proximity to the town, butterfly garden, aquarium and tiger zoo.

VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION

Bedrooms
The two bedrooms are located on the top floor with plenty of space to store luggage. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and the ocean and has a standalone wooden wardrobe and a four-poster bed. The guest bedroom has a small balcony with mountain views. The guest bedroom has twin mattress and additional mattresses are available on request.

Bathrooms
The villa has one bathroom and is located on the ground floor. This Balinese style has a large spacious natural slate tiled shower, his and hers basin and a toilet.

Dining Room
The open plan dining room is adjacent to the dining area and has a wooden round dining table that seats up to four guest comfortably with the views over the ocean, terrace and pool. The room has soft orange window drapes, ceiling fans, attractive oriental wooden furnishings and a light.

Kitchen
The open plan kitchen has two large windows with white tiled work surfaces and a four-ring gas hob. The wooden slatted cupboards contain cooking utensils and the kitchen has a toaster, kettle, microwave, cooking knives, and a large fridge with a freezer compartment. The supermarket is close in proximity to the villa if you wish to cook at home.

Living Rooms
The open plan living room is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area and has hand carved solid wooden furnishings and white tiled floors. The room has sea views with two double doors that open onto a private sun terrace, outdoor dining area and the communal pool. The terrace also leads on to a green grass area and the beach.
