LOCATION
The villa is located in the un-spoilt south of Koh Samui, Despite its beautifully secluded location the villa is only fifteen minutes away from the bustling town of Lamai that has a large white sandy beach, plenty of shops and restaurants, shopping opportunities and nightlife. During the summer months the tide is low in this area and the reef can be dry up to 100 meters out. During these months children, and adults, can play beach football and volleyball, collect shells and explore rock pools. The country lanes around the villa are a delight to explore and have a few bars, restaurants and convenience stores. This area is incredibly picturesque and the perfect place to relax and explore local attractions such as the snake farm, tiger zoo, aquarium and butterfly farm.

Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms that are on the top floor with plenty of space to store luggage. The main bedroom has built-in wardrobes and a classy four-post bed. This bedroom overlooks the sea and swimming pool in fine style. When staying in the guest bedroom you can enjoy using the balcony that has some great views of the mountains. The guest bedroom has twin mattress and additional mattresses are available on request.

Bathrooms
The villa has one bathroom and is located on the ground floor. This Balinese style has a large spacious natural slate tiled shower, his and hers basin and a toilet.

Kitchen
The kitchen is ideal for those looking for self-catering options with appliances that include a stovetop, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and kettle. There is also lots of storage space and cutlery and dishware.

Living Rooms
The living room is designed for complete relaxation with white ceramic tiled floors and lots of wooden furniture. Open up the double doors to enjoy some dramatic sea-views or access the private terrace.
