LOCATION
Set upon a hillside just a kilometre from the beach, this villa has it all: 360-degree views, scenery, entertainment, thrills, comfort, and luxury. Located on the northwestern side of Koh Samui, the main car-ferry port is less than 10k away and the nightlife and restaurants of Mae Nam even closer. The National Marine Park is also situated off this part of the island and Koh Phangan is directly to the north and within sight of your villa. Chaweng, which is the main entertainment centre, is some 18 km away with the airport nearly as far (so no aircraft noises) but you can rent vehicles from the villa help; just ask Daw!

VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION

Bedrooms
The villa has one bedroom on the same level as the living room with a large bathroom. On the first level there is a childrens game area, guest toilet and the games room. Each room is connected to a balcony which has the spectacular views of the bay. The top floor consists of the master bedroom, second and third guest room with twin beds and a king size bed respectively. Each room has an en-suite.

Bathrooms
There are total of five bathrooms in this villa. One as a guest toilet, the second attached to the ground floor bedroom and the rest on the top floors connected to each bedroom. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi with stunning bay views. Each bathroom has a separate shower, washbasin and toilet.

Dining Room
A well-crafted Chaing Mai timber dining table is a master piece that changes the look of this room. The table can fit up to twelve guests comfortably.

Kitchen
This well equipped kitchen has a fridge with front ice and cold-water dispenser, microwave, rice-cooker, 3-burner hob with extractor, kettle, and double-drainer sink. The laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen along with the housekeepers room.

Living Rooms
The living and the dining room has an open plan area with a sea facing balcony. The living room has a U shape sofa to relax in and is fitted with a modern fifty two inch flat screen with satellite channels, a DVD player and music system. The living area has ceiling fans as well as air-conditioning.
