Only 600m (a short walk) down to the famous Ba Kantiang beach (voted one of Asias top 10 beaches on TripAdvisor) and close to all the restaurants, bars and massage on the beach, you cant really beat Bann Ruang for a great location. Everything is within walking distance, and the villa management even provides a free shuttle to the beach! Further south of Ba Kantiang is the lush, green, tropical National Park Area. Around 10km north is Klong Nin beach. The reception staff and security will see to your every need, even ordering and collecting food from nearby restaurants so you can have the luxury of eating at home without cooking! All tours and excursions can be booked here, with the pick-up and drop off right outside your door.

VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION

Bedrooms
The villa has two bedrooms, both of which are designed with high-quality furnishings, have air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. The rooms have queen size double beds which are extremely comfortable and also are positioned so that they look out over the ocean. Guests are greeted with stunning views as soon as they wake.

Bathrooms
The villa has two en-suite bathrooms. As mentioned, each room allows guests to enjoy the views and these bathrooms are no exception. The showers are open air and guests can take in the views from them.

Dining Room
Dining takes place on the outdoor terrace. The terrace is large and measures 78sqm. There is a large, covered dining table which offers ample room for guests to dine together and the cover offers protection from the midday sun. The table seats up to eight people so guests can invite round friends to enjoy a social occasion.

Kitchen
The kitchen is large and airy and has great views of the garden on one side and the ocean on the other. The kitchen comes with plenty of high standard facilities and appliances including gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, blender and juicer. There is also plenty of crockery and dishware. Self-catering will never feel like a chore here.

Living Rooms
The lounge offers guests a lovely place to sit back and relax. There is a large, comfy sofa and the room has a sizeable TV upon which can be viewed over 50 satellite channels. The room is perfect for groups to congregate in. The TV also has a special feature in that it is connected to the internet so guests can browse the web on it. The room can be used as space to sleep two extra people so actually the villa can hold six people in total.
