From both bedrooms, living area, kitchen and dining terrace you can see perfect unbroken views of the Andaman sea and Ba Kantiang bay, Koh Lanta.The swimming pool is set in the lush tropical gardens and also has great views. Around the pool you will find comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas to shade you from the heat of the day.

LOCATION
Quiet, serene, outstanding views and close to the beach; it doesnt get more convenient than this! Just 600 m walk will take you to Ba Kantiang bay, with its white sandy beach and many restaurants, bars and massage facilities. If 600m is too far, the management provides a free beach shuttle several times per day.For adventure, check out the nature trail with waterfall and caves, only 3 km away. There is elephant trekking and a bit further south is the Mu Koh Lanta National Park. This protected rainforest area is absolutely stunning, and the road down there has breathtaking views.The reception staff will help you with any inquiry, and can book bus, plane and train tickets for you. They will also help you decide which day trips to do, and book for you at no extra charge.

VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION

Bedrooms
The villa has two bedrooms; both come with comfortable queen size double beds which face the ocean. Guests can enjoy the sea views from the moment they wake up to the moment they fall asleep. Both bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning. Guests may find that the air-conditioning units are not needed as the rooms often have cool sea breezes flowing into them from ocean.

Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are en-suite and have a stylish, modern dcor. Of particular note is the way the bathrooms have been designed. Each bathroom is open sided, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning views whilst in the shower.

Dining Room
Dining takes place on a 78sqm outdoor terrace with views of the ocean and surrounding jungle that will leave guests in amazed. The terrace has a large dining table that can seat up to eight people. The table area is covered meaning daytime eating there is not uncomfortably hot.

Kitchen
For those looking to undertake some self-catering, the villa has a kitchen that will make meal preparation a pleasure. Equipped with fridge freezer, gas hob, over, microwave and much more, the kitchen is of a modern western standard. Also on offer at the villa is a menu which guests can order from by making a quick call to the propertys reception. Staff will both order and collect your food from local restaurants.

Living Rooms
The lounge comes with a host of technology entertainment options. There is a large flat screen TV upon which can be watched any of the multitude of satellite TV channels. Another great feature is that the internet can be surfed on the TV, allowing you to browse the web from the comfort of the luxurious sofa found in the room. There is also a stereo for listening to music and if guests bring a DVD player this can be attached to the TV. The lounge area holds space for two extra sleeping spots, thus allowing the villa to sleep a maximum of six people.
