A superb villa separated into three chalet units housing firstly two of the bedrooms, then a master bedroom chalet, and lastly a living/kitchen/dining chalet for all your holiday enjoyment. A large carport area with sliding gate from the street leads you to the first luxurious unit, then through tropical planting including banana trees when you arrive at the other chalets with a large deck area between, leading to the infinity pool and garden sala. Sun-loungers on the deck offer the first chance to get to work on the tan. Finely cut lawns under towering palm trees lead down a path to the beach where there is good swimming at most states of the tide. The sand is clean, there are rock pools at low tide for the kids to explore, and the warm waters are inviting ensuring the perfect holiday in paradise.There is a WiFi internet connection available in the local area, but that connection is not dedicated directly to this villa alone.

LOCATION
Set on the popular west coast of Koh Lanta some 18k south of the ferry terminal, Klong Nin beach has it all from unparalleled views, beach entertainment and restaurants, convenience stores and local attractions. There are 11 beaches on Koh Lanta, but this is perhaps the very best with its safe swimming and the array of shanty-style beach restaurants and cafes all waiting to ensure your holiday is enjoyable and memorable. A mini-mart opposite has everything you may need including motorbike hire for exploring the rest of the island where you can go elephant trekking, watch a Thai boxing match, or visit the waterfall. Being an island there are many options for nautical exploits such as a sunset trip in our affiliated classic speedboat Sorrento.

VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION

Bedrooms
The two bedrooms in the first chalet are designed identically. Both rooms feature a tasteful style and furnishings including a double bed, bedside cabinets and wardrobe. They are both accessible by large wooden patio doors. The master bedroom is designed just as tastefully and features beautiful Thai style art and patio doors that open onto the balcony and private pool. The view is spectacular.

Bathrooms
The bathrooms are fitted with modern and sturdy joinery. The two bedroom chalet bathrooms feature rain drop showers, glass basins, and are well lit from the high ceiling above creating a natural relaxing feel. Similar to these two bathrooms, however featuring a large two person bath tub with ocean views if the windows are open, we have the master en suite. A small guest toilet and basin with storage is also located just off the living room.

Dining Room
The living, dining and kitchen areas are housed together making for easy entertaining and relaxing. A large wooden table and chairs allows for great family meals or wining and dining with friends. A ceiling fan adds to the tropical ambience.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal times and a home away from home level of convenience. There is a twin cook top, sink, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and plates and cutlery.

Living Rooms
A large sofa means that relaxing and watching DVDs on the flat screen TV couldnt be more comfortable. Large patio doors can be opened to let the outside flow in and cool down the whole chalet.
