Close to everything and yet a world away, nestled at the end of a cul de sac, just 4 blocks from the beach and the charming village of Sayulita, with views of the Ocean, Monkey mountain and jungle, make this a perfect Sayulita getaway for family, friends and special occasions (think birthdays 30, 40, 50th, wedding parties, girls vacation, guys week etc.) Our 1, 2 or 3 bedroom options make it an ideal Villa for people who want to vacation together but still enjoy their own space and privacy. Traveling alone,
no worries, the Villa feels like a home away from home with a hospitable host.

The villa houses 2 units; Casa Terramar and Casita de Alberca and features a beautiful large pool, sundeck and gas grill area surrounded by lush tropical garden. Many guests spend a least one day during their visit just enjoying the pool and tranquility of the Villa.

Casa Terramar, with its own private entrance, is 2 floors and comfortably sleeps 7.
One floor contains a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, living area with day bed, reading nook, DVD player, personal safe, one bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom. The doors open completely in the living and kitchen area inviting the outdoors in. There is a large wrap around deck with places for lounging and taking in the views of the Ocean and the Jungle.

The top floor of the casa, reached by a spiral staircase, is an amazing outdoor living space with panoramic views to match. It has a large patio and outdoor dining space, small kitchenette, bathroom, queen bed and daybed. It is your own private world and the best place to enjoy a cocktail overlooking the Ocean, Jungle and Village. At night you are lulled to sleep by the gentle sound of the ocean. It’s possible you’ll feel like Robinson Crusoe but with amenities!

Casita de Alberca, located just off the pool area, is a charming unit that sleeps 3.
French doors open onto a large patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cerveza surrounded by a lush tropical plants. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, queen bed, en suite bathroom, daybed, desk, DVD player and personal safe.

Villa Casa Terramar includes both Casa Terramar and Casita de Alberca providing larger groups a 3 bedroom; 3 bath floor plan that sleeps 10. This is a perfect arrangement for families, friends and couples traveling together.

About our units
All of our kitchen/kitchenettes come fully equipped with everything you need; including coffee makers, microwaves, toasters, utensils, dishes etc.
We supply purified drinking and cooking water. Bacteriacida is also included for washing fresh fruit and vegetables.
Housekeeping service is provided once per week. Your unit will be cleaned and supplied with fresh towels and linens.
Free secure wireless internet service is available throughout the property.
Beach towels are provided. Umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers are available for you to use as well.


**Children are welcome at Villa Casa Terramar, however please be aware that like many Villas in Sayulita there are steep drop offs, open balconies, open pool area and therefore toddlers and small children would require special attention.

This village is my home, I truly enjoy sharing the magic and all it has to offer.
