To the front of the villa there is a large shaded veranda Which has been furnished with numerous chairs and offers an ideal area to relax. Situated to the front of the villa there is a large, private swimming pool (14m x 7m) that has both a shallow and a deep end, as well as a diving board. The area around the pool has been paved and offers a large wooden gazebo, two external showers, lighting and numerous sun-loungers and chairs. The rest of the garden is laid mostly to lawn and well maintained, but also offers numerous palm and fruit trees.
