The Guest/Cardholder making an advance lodging reservation and identified as the Occupant of Premises on the Guest Occupancy Agreement (Agreement) must be an adult 21 years old or older and must be an occupant of the Vacation Rental Unit (Unit) during the entire reservation period. An Agreement must be signed and returned to Destination Leavenworth within ten days of making your reservation, or prior to your arrival, if less than ten days. Check-in time is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. between December 20 and January 2). Early Check-In at 1 p.m. is contingent upon the Unit being cleaned and ready, and must be approved by DL in advance of arrival. No Check-In prior to 4 p.m. will be allowed during the weekend prior to Christmas through New Year's Day. Check-Ins earlier than 1 p.m. for the same day will be charged a half day's rate.
