The Formal Dining room has a Custom Granite Dining table that seats 12 and functional for all of your catering needs and includes a Butler’s Pantry with formal dishes and stemware.
Our Chef’s kitchens include Wolfe appliances thru-out, 6 burner stove top with grill, 2 Sub-Zero Fridges, dual convection ovens, warming drawer, Keurig coffee maker, 2 dishwashers, walk-in pantry, the best Calphalon pots and pans and baking cookware/utensils available.
All Kitchen Nooks seats 8 comfortably.
Full Wet Bars allows you to serve all your guests the drinks of their choice.
The Great Rooms have a 10 piece sectional that seats 10- includes 3 recliners to enjoy the Big Screen HDTV and Fireplace.
The Library access off the Main Courtyard in Castle # 1 allows you to have business meetings without interrupting the affairs in the Castle.
There are a total of 3 laundry rooms: 1 located upstairs and 1downstairs (main floor) and 1 in the Guest house
The Main floor of each Castle property has (2) Master Suites, each with a King Bed, Fireplace, Breakfast bars and Entertainment Centers/TV’s and wireless internet.
***The second story of Castle # 1 has 6 Master/Guest Suites that include their own Private Bath and balconies with Queen Beds. (Two of the Guests suites each have 2 Queen beds.) Castle # 1 has a total of 8 Master/Guest suites in the main house, and a 2 Guest Suite, 1 bath, Guest House for a total of: 10 Master/Guest Suites, 12 BA with 3 King beds and 10 Queen beds. 13 beds total. Big house, great management The place was great, we have gone four years in a row for Super Bowl. Biggest, best place for people who want to stay under one roof rather in random hotel rooms. Quick cab ride to the strip but can enjoy the quiet during the rest of the time. All that... and I'm a really picky person when I travel, but the owner has been great to work with and accommodating - I thought I should share -- at the risk of competing with you for our annual week with college friends. |

| My name is Alex. My friends and I have been coming to Vegas for the WSOP for about the last 5 years. Because we usually have a large group (about 10-15) and stay for about 4-5 weeks we have been renting out large vacation rentals off the strip. This time was no different except for the fact that we chose to stay in the Las Vegas Mini Castles. We were blown-away! Not only is it away from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip, but we had our very own private gate and entrance to the property, and 3 other homes similar in style. Annette, who owns and/or manages these homes lives in one of them. Talk about convenience!! Any questions, concerns, or requests were handled right then and there. We later discovered that she owns all 4 properties. What an amazing accommodation! Next year, we are going to try and convince all of our friends to rent all 3 other properties so that we can all hang out together before and after our long days; they are literally just within 30 steps of each other. The pictures she has posted are amazing, yet, they really are under-stated and don't do the house justice!! In all of my years of coming to Vegas and renting vacation homes, these were hands-down the best and nicest homes we've ever stayed in. After staying in and seeing these beautiful homes, we think she is almost underselling herself because I would've expected to pay way more for these properties than what she was asking for. Not only were the houses in immaculate shape, but everything from the rooms, beds, bathrooms, living areas, and of course, the pool and bbq areas were incredible!! Our house even had a guest house/casita with 2 extra rooms (Great for privacy). I mean it when I say it "you will not be disappointed" and "worth every penny." One last thing I wanted to say is, that in our several years of renting houses similar to this rental, having someone that we can contact at anytime was a huge weight lifted of our chests in itself. We had ZERO problems with the mini castles, but if we had, I know either Annette or her assistant, Adriana, would have been there and handled our requests within a couple hours. We were given both Annette and Adriana's personal cell phone numbers and encouraged to contact them at anytime no matter how big or small our issue or request was. Highly, Highly recommended to anyone looking for an amazing getaway in Las Vegas. And it literally only took us 10-12 minutes in a car to get to the Las Vegas Strip. |
