It is approximately a one-mile walk on the beautiful Kings Trail, which is a paved, ocean-front pathway that takes you through an ancient lava field. It is not treacherous. Hali'i Kai is located within the beautiful Waikoloa Beach Resort, which features two golf courses and the Kings Shops.
