Overlooking a beautifully landscaped and manicured golf course this fantastic villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with sleeping accommodations for up to four people.  The master bedroom features a large king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds.  This villa has beautiful interiors and welcoming living spaces for enjoying the company of your family or friends.  There is a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen, complete with everything you need to cook, serve and dine.  The living area has comfortable furniture and a large screen television with cable.  Outside you can relax on the private lanai enjoying the view and savoring the sights, smells and sounds of paradise.  Or step inside to cook off in your villa that is fully equipped and cooled with central air conditioning. 

Surrounding Description

It is approximately a one-mile walk on the beautiful Kings Trail, which is a paved, ocean-front pathway that takes you through an ancient lava field. It is not treacherous. In fact, it is a wonderful experience with a million dollar view. You can also drive to the beach, which takes about 5 minutes.  Hali'i Kai is located within the beautiful Waikoloa Beach Resort, which features two golf courses and the Kings Shops. The Kings Shops offer excellent shopping, dining, and nightly entertainment.
