The downstairs area features a kitchen, open dining room, sitting area, and living room. In addition, there are four bedrooms and two baths located downstairs. The upstairs area is the owners private retreat, and is not available for rent. However, it will not be occupied during your stay. If you are looking for a traditional beach cottage, with plenty of privacy, this is the home for you. Though this home is oceanfront, ocean views are obstructed by the natural dune line.
