On holiday all members of a family need their own space to relax and chill out or to interact with other members of your group. Having spacious bedrooms and adequate bathrooms our villa is ideal for a large family or 2 familys to share. Our villa has 3 main social areas, unlike some 4 bed villas that lack living space. When looking at Bedrooms the one thing you always look for is a comfortable bed to have an undisturbed sleep, that is why we have the best beds and mattresses available. You may have stayed in other villas with cheap mattresses and regretted it, you will not be dissapointed with our beds!Our Villa features two areas for your relaxation a front room with two large sofas and the formal dinning room with table and chairs for eight people and then through a arched opening into out rear area with the Kitchen including all appliances with seating nook and then further sofas with TV and DVD player. The advantage of the two areas is that there is plenty of room to find your own space to relax this is without the separate Games room.

Southern Dunes is a gated community for safety and security for all residents and holiday makers and has besides the golf course; a tennis court, fitness center, children's play area and community pools are situated on the development for use by all residents and guests. The clubhouse overlooks the magnificent golf course which you can view whilst enjoying your meal or drink.

The villa is located 20 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal and close to Tampa and Busch Gardens.  You can have the best of both worlds being close enough to the attractions for convenience and also having quick access to the Beaches of the west coast when you want a rest from the Theme Parks.
