All rooms on the first floor face the water and open out onto terraces. There is a spacious and fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a series of French doors that lead to a panorama of turquoise water reflected into the villa's pool.  The sofas into the living area provide a comfortable resting place with a view of the sound. Wing One offers the media room on one side complete with plasma TV, DVD and Bose surround sound speakers which extend to both the living area and patio and may be listened to independently of each other. The large private swimming pool offers the benefit of solar heating.
