The home has a fully carpeted open plan lounge/dining area which is fitted with fabric drapes and quality attractive lighting. The room has comfortable leather recliner chairs and footstools, a small glass side table, a two seater fabric sofa (that extends to a double bed) and a small electric fan heater. There is NO TELEVISION but there is a stereo system.  There is decking on the entrance side from the parking area that wraps around to the front of the living area and master bedroom where there is a small table and two directors chairs for morning coffee.  There is no landline but cell phone coverage is excellent.

Amenities include numerous free tennis courts, a general store/dairy for grocery items and liquor, Pipers Cafe and a hardware/hire store. There are also many well planned reserves and access walkways to the beach, it is flat and fun for young cyclists. Very social atmosphere during the summer and a popular choices for families.
