A further two bedrooms are downstairs one is a lovely sunny room with nice views has a queen size bed, dresser, shelves, curtains and blinds, the second has an oak double bed, dresser, and wardrobe. Both bedrooms have polished floors with rugs and a mix of blinds and curtains at the windows. The lounge is open plan design with bifold doors leading out to a deck over looking bush and the estuary. This area is furnished with a 2 seater fabric upholstered couch and 2 armchairs with a footstool, a round coffee table, electric heater and a ceiling fan. The floor is tiled with a large floor mat. There is a fireplace but it is not for use.Surrounding Description
The largest settlement of holiday homes along this coastline, there is 4.5 kms of long white sandy beach which is gently sloping and very safe for children and is excellent for boogie-boarding. Amenities include numerous free tennis courts, a general store/dairy for grocery items and liquor, Pipers Cafe and a hardware/hire store.Nearby Attractions Description
There are also many well planned reserves and access walkways to the beach, it is flat and fun for young cyclists. Very social atmosphere during the summer and a popular choices for families. There is a boat ramp onto the Whangapoua harbor and an air landing strip.Photos
